Max Effort (Squat) Deadlift

This wasn't a very good workout. I am still struggling with a fluctuation in my bwt, and it is really messing with my head.

Good Morning Squat
2 sets of 10 @ 135 lbs.
2 sets of 10 @ 185 lbs.

Deadlift (Sumo)
1 set of 5 @ 225 lbs.
1 set of 3 @ 295 lbs.
3 sets of 1 @ 345 lbs.
