Close-Grip Bench Press
3 sets of 8 @ 155 lbs.

Seated Rows
5 sets of 10 @ 120 lbs.

Side Lateral
3 sets of 10 @ 20 lbs.

Front Lateral
3 sets of 10 @ 20 lbs.
