ME Squat Training

*When I am on vacation, I seem to forget to do almost eveything. This is from yesterday.*

Squat
1 set of 5 @ 135 lbs.
1 set of 5 @ 225 lbs.
1 set of 3 @ 275 lbs.
3 sets of 3 @ 295 lbs.

Low Pulley Rows
3 sets of 8 @ 120 lbs.

Good Mornings
3 sets of 10 @ 155 lbs.
