Ham Raise
3 sets of 15 @ BWT

Seated Rows
5 sets of 10 @ 120 lbs.

Upper Back Good Morning
2 sets of 10 @ 225 lbs.
(Heard about these and thought I would give them a try so I could work the upper back some. However, I didn't "feel" them doing anything. Also don't know if I was doing them correctly or not.)

Power Shrugs
3 sets of 8 @ 135 lbs.
